In conjunction with the competition, ADC instituted a workshop for the competitors and other local dancers looking for great teaching and new ideas. This day is a requirement for ALL soloist dancers participating in the competition. Others from the community may enter this portion of ADC's weekend long events, for only $85. Friends of participants from other studios who can't commit to the full weekend of competition are welcome. Non-competitors, to ensure space in the classes, call ahead to register. Walk-ins also welcome, upon availabilty. This is the chance to take from the instructors who have evaluated you all weekend, with no stress, and other star-studded master teachers. Classes Offered: Ballet Technique Pointe Variations Contemporary Ballet Lyrical Contemporary Turn/Jump Mechanics Stretch & Flexibilty Attire: For technique, pointe or variations classes proper audition attire required. All other classes, feel free to change, let your hair down, and enjoy challenging new movements.
